Setup your team¶
How your instance is created¶
You don't create the instance yourself. elevaite365 sets up your organisation's instance and creates the first admin account for you as part of onboarding.
That first admin then invites everyone else. If you're reading this as the first admin, start at Invite your team below. If you're joining an existing instance, your admin sends you an invitation by email.
Signing in¶
Sign in at the URL for your allocated region. Your instance lives in exactly one region. The others won't recognise your account.

Not sure which region you're on?
It's in your welcome email, and it's the URL your admin signs in with. Bookmark it. Signing in at the wrong regional URL won't find your account.
Invite your team¶
This section assumes your instance has been set up and you're an admin.
- Sign in with an account that has Admin permissions.
- Select your organisation name in the upper right corner.
- Select Manage Users.
- Enter the team member's email address and click Invite.
The invited person receives an email asking them to join your elevaite365 instance. They click Accept Invitation to get started.
First-time sign-in¶
New team members sign in before they can accept the invitation. Send them this section.
- Click the link in the invitation email. You'll be prompted to sign in first.
- Click Go to Sign Up Page.
- Choose how to sign in.
Option 1: Sign in with Microsoft¶
- Select Sign in with Microsoft.
- Choose your Microsoft account.
Your IT team may need to approve this
Depending on your organisation's policies, admin approval may be required before the sign-in completes. If you're prompted:
- Enter a justification for access
- Click Request Approval
- Let your IT team know, so they can approve it
Option 2: Create an elevaite365 account¶
Complete the sign-up form with your first name, last name, email address and a password, confirm the password, then click Sign Up.
Roles¶
elevaite365 currently supports two roles:
